## About

Veridian Global is a single-country employer of record covering South Africa, built for UK and European companies that want to offshore roles rather than expand into a new market. It runs from Cape Town with a UK address in Kingston upon Thames, and the operating company is Veridian Global (Pty) Ltd, registered in South Africa (reg. 2025/867047/07). Jesse Stevenson is co-founder and CEO.

Veridian becomes the legal employer in South Africa: it issues compliant local employment contracts, runs monthly payroll with payslips and PAYE, UIF and SDL filings, handles HR administration and compliance, manages onboarding and offboarding end to end, and applies POPIA-aligned data protection. The client directs the day-to-day work as normal. Alongside EOR it offers talent acquisition, international payroll and tax administration, workforce management, business process outsourcing and workspace and technology provision, and it markets pre-built remote teams for sales, marketing, software engineering, HR and virtual assistant roles.

Pricing is published and unusually specific for a service-led provider. The EOR fee is a percentage of each employee's gross annual salary, billed monthly, starting at 10% for one to five placements, then 9% for six to ten, 8.5% for eleven to twenty, and 8% above twenty. The tier applies to the whole team rather than only to new hires, so crossing a threshold reprices every placement. Veridian gives a worked example of a GBP 24,000 salary at 10% costing GBP 200 a month. There are no placement or setup fees; the employee's gross salary, statutory employer costs such as UIF, SDL and COIDA, and optional extras such as medical aid or equipment are billed separately on the same monthly invoice.

The company positions itself against platform EORs on service rather than software, citing more than 20 years of experience in South African HR, payroll and labour law, and publishes case-study figures of 42 functions offshored, 189 employees placed and approximately GBP 3.4m saved for its UK clients.
