📝 How we work

Editorial policy

EOR Overview is an independent research site. Our reviews are written and reviewed by our own team, decided by research, and kept separate from how we make money.

Editorial independence

No provider, advertiser, or partner has any say over what we publish, how a provider is reviewed, or where it ranks. Commercial relationships are kept entirely separate from editorial decisions, and no provider sees a review before it is published.

Who writes and reviews

Reviews and guides are produced by our team, not by anonymous freelancers or the providers themselves. You can see who we are on the team page, and provider reviews carry a named author. Every provider is assessed against the same criteria, set out in our methodology.

Where our information comes from

We work from primary sources first: provider documentation and pricing, public filings, country coverage, and hands-on testing. Third-party review data is read critically rather than taken at face value. We do not republish provider marketing as if it were our own assessment.

Accuracy and corrections

Providers change often, and we get things wrong sometimes. We date material updates so you can see how current a review is, and we fix verified errors promptly. If you spot a mistake, tell us and we will check it.

How funding is kept separate

EOR Overview is free to use and funded by referral fees from a subset of providers. That funding never influences our reviews, rankings, awards, or which providers we include. The full breakdown is on our disclosure page.

No paid placements

We do not sell rankings, reviews, awards, or inclusion. A provider cannot pay to appear, to rank higher, or to change what we have written about it.
