How we research providers

We build each provider profile from primary sources: the provider’s own documentation and pricing, public filings and country coverage, and hands-on evaluation of how the platform works. Where third-party review data is relevant, we read it critically rather than averaging star ratings. The aim is a factual, current picture of what a provider actually does.

What we evaluate

Every provider is assessed against the same set of criteria, including:

• Country coverage and where the provider can legally employ
• Pricing and how transparent it is
• Compliance, contracts, and data protection
• Platform features and the day-to-day product experience
• Support, onboarding, and responsiveness
• Benefits administration and in-country expertise

How we rank

Rankings, best-of lists, and recommendations reflect that research and nothing else. The same criteria are applied to every provider, and a commercial relationship never buys a higher position or inclusion. Where two providers are close, we explain the trade-off rather than manufacturing a winner.

Awards

Our annual awards are decided from the same research base. They recognise genuine strengths we have documented, and they are not for sale.

Keeping it current

Providers change their pricing, coverage, and features often. We revise profiles and rankings as the underlying facts change, and we date material updates so you can see how current a review is.

Independence and funding

EOR Overview is free to use and funded by referral fees from a subset of providers. That funding never influences which providers we include or how we rank them. The full breakdown is on our disclosure page.
