I co-founded EOR Overview with Robbin Schuchmann in 2024. Companies expanding internationally had no reliable, independent source to compare Employer of Record providers on the facts, exact country coverage, real pricing, verified capabilities. EOR Overview is our answer: a research platform, not a provider.
I have started and run multiple international businesses. That experience taught me how difficult cross-border employment is to navigate, and how much the wrong provider choice can cost a company in time, money, and compliance risk.
At EOR Overview, I focus on the business side: partnerships and provider relationships, and making sure those relationships never influence our research or rankings. I also co-founded Employ Borderless, an independent advisory platform for global hiring solutions.
