Fast, if you're ready. Deel markets around 3 days for India, and that's realistic when your candidate has documents lined up and you sign quickly. The clock mostly runs on your side: contract approval, compliance paperwork, candidate documents. Either way it beats opening an entity, which takes months. Ask them to commit to a timeline for your specific case in writing before you sign.
